Caitlin McClure

Caitlin McClure brings the power of play to the workplace, to help individuals and companies perform at their best. For five years, she worked internally at Tiffany & Company, redesigning and delivering Tiffany’s three core management development programs—this experience is captured in Chapter 7 of Applied Improvisation: Leading, Collaborating & Creating Beyond the Theatre which she edited with Theresa Robbins Dudeck. Her formative improv years were spent with Keith Johnstone and at BATS in San Francisco. She now works at Impact designing and facilitating play-based experiential learning programs, coaching and teaching. Her MA is in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University. She lives in New Rochelle, New York.
